🚶The idea of doing 10k steps a day is everywhere because it’s simple and repeatable. I wanted the same concept, but built around something that fits my life better: cycling. So I recreated that idea on the bike, aiming for a daily ride that roughly matches the effort and calories burned you’d get from those daily steps. Nothing extreme. Just a simple ride I can repeat every day, even with work and two kids. I’ll combine this with a structured nutrition. #weightloss #cycling #10kstepsaday Can it work?

I specifically at 1900 cals 160g protein, 60g fat, 150g carbs daily 2️⃣ 🚶‍♂️ DAILY MOVEMENT 10k steps per day minimum to speed up the fat loss 3️⃣ 🔥 CARDIO 20 minutes incline treadmill every day 11% incline 3.2 mph (usually just set it to 3.2 and it’ll be mph automatically) Cardio is optional but when you stick to this everyday it works like a charm and the results are very quick 4️⃣ 💪 LIFTING 4–5 lifts per week focusing on building muscle so the fat loss revealed abs.
