And a small reminder that you don’t need to train 6-7 times per week to see amazing results. It’s all about the quality you put in to the days you do go and following a plan that progresses week on week. These 4 sessions will be plentyyyyy for your body and mind to feel the incredible affects from movement - the weights and hyrox mix is my favourite combo so far in all the 11 years I’ve been training, the most progress I’ve personally ever seen with this layout!!
