*Radio Silence After Payment*
However, after the payment was received, there was complete radio silence from ACT Fibernet's end. The customer waited till the next day and contacted customer support, who promised to look into the matter. An executive visited the site on October 10, 2025, but *left without resolving the issue*, citing that there was no line available in the existing box.
*Lack of Service and Transparency*
It's been *four days since the payment*, and there's still no response or resolution.
