This ain’t your average buldak 🔥 Creamy, cheesy, and made with love in a heart pan 💓 Spicy comfort food is my love language🍝✨ 📍Tag your Valentine & save this for a cozy date night in 🫶 ✨ Hailey’s Creamy Buldak Carbonara 📝 Ingredients • 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen • 1½ cups water • ½ cup heavy cream • 1 egg yolk • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise • 2 slices Swiss cheese • 1 slice Colby Jack cheese • Rice cakes (optional) • Bacon, corn dog, shrimp, or your choice of protein (optional) • Parsley and sesame for garnish (optional) ⸻ 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Melt the cheese base In a pan over medium-low heat, add the Swiss and Colby Jack cheese. Stir gently until melted and smooth. 2. Make the creamy carbonara sauce Add the Buldak sauce packet, egg yolk, and mayonnaise. Mix until fully combined. 3. Cook the noodles Pour in the water, then add the noodles, powder seasoning packet, rice cakes (if using), and heavy cream. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. 4. Thicken the sauce Once boiling, remove the lid and stir well. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy. 5. Top it off (optional, but highly recommended!) I turned it into a cozy “soondubu × kimchi-jjigae” style ramen and it legit tastes like you simmered it for hours 🫶 📍 Tag your noodle buddy and save this recipe for your next cozy meal! 💗 ✨ Hailey’s Real Kimchi Tofu Ramen 📝Ingredients • 2 packs @ofood_global Real Kimchi Ramen • 3.6 cups water • 1/3 cup spam, diced • ¼ onion, sliced • 1 green onion, chopped • 1 tube silken tofu • Enoki mushroom • Bok choy • Soy sauce (to taste) 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Build the flavor base Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pot over medium heat. Add diced spam, sliced onion, green onion, and the ramen seasoning powder. Fresh tomatoes slowly blister and melt into the creamiest, garlicky sauce — all in one pan. 🍅✨ Cheesy, cozy, and honestly the kind of pasta you’ll want on repeat. 📍Tag your pasta bestie & save this for your next cozy pasta night 💗 ✨ Hailey’s One-Pan Creamy Tomato Pasta 📝 Ingredients • 4 Tbsp cooking oil • 1 Tbsp butter • 2–3 large tomatoes, halved • 4–5 cloves garlic • ½ onion, diced • ⅓ orange bell pepper, diced • 3 mushrooms, chopped • 5–6 oz pasta, cooked al dente • ½ cup heavy cream • 3 slices Swiss cheese • 1 Tbsp tomato paste (optional) • ½ Tbsp sugar • ½ Tbsp paprika powder • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt, to taste • ½ tsp black pepper • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan • Parsley, for garnish • Chili flakes (optional) • Your favorite protein (shrimp, chicken, bacon, steak, or sausage) ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Build the base Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the halved tomatoes (cut-side down), garlic, and diced onion. Cover and cook until the tomatoes soften and begin to blister. 2. Smash the tomatoes Remove the lid and peel off the loosened tomato skins. Use a masher to gently smash the tomatoes, creating a rustic tomato sauce. 3. Add vegetables & seasoning Stir in the bell pepper and mushrooms. Add butter, tomato paste (if using), sugar, paprika powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens and the flavors deepen. 4. Make it creamy Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Lay the Swiss cheese over the sauce and allow it to melt, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and glossy. 5. Finish with pasta Add the cooked pasta along with a splash of pasta water. Toss until the pasta is fully coated and adjust seasoning to taste. 6. Serve Top with your favorite protein. Finish with grated Parmesan, chili flakes, and fresh parsley.
