JESooo much conflicting info out there around fasting 🙄 and I know I’ve said it before but I’ll keep saying it… Fasting Is A Tool Not A Rule.
It’s actually HIGHLY BENEFICIAL (and not super scary) if you get it right.
And disastrous for your body if you get it wrong. ❌
Also there’s going to be times in your life **a.k.a High Stress** or certain times of a women’s cycle where it’s simply not a good idea.
You just have to know what you’re doing and then leverage it! And go as slow as you need, or toss it away 🧺 as something that’s not for you.
