@TommyHilfiger is back—and wants us to dress to impress. The designer’s first show in two years, titled ‘A New York Moment’, took place in the Grand Central Oyster Bar, an intimate room beneath the iconic train station (quintessential New York). Sofia Richie Grainge, Sonam Kapoor and Nayeon were among those in attendance at the show, which Hilfiger dedicated to the ever-changing style of the city, through elevated staples like peacoats, trenches, and thigh-high boots. Hilfiger is known for making comfortable clothes—see his early adaption of streetwear, which set the tone for fashion through the ’90s. But this collection included elevated pieces to covet, like slinky knitted dresses (worn by Paloma Elsesser), Italian wool, and double-breasted blazers. Australian model @AleynaFitzgerald’s camel blazer and skirt were accessorised with a dash of red, which one might say is Tommy’s favourite tint—aside from blue. Next year marks four decades in business for Hilfiger, who often has the finger on the pulse of culture, in choices of muses—I.e. Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Aaliyah and Gigi Hadid, at the start of their careers—and making clothes that’ll resonate with his global audience. This season, the message was loud and clear: glamour is back.

We had the pleasure of working with Australian model and influencer Elodie Russell to craft a show-stopping diamond blonde look that perfectly captures the elegance and boldness of the runway. This transformation was all about achieving that radiant, luminous blonde while maintaining the integrity and health of Elodie’s hair throughout the process. Of course, going blonde isn’t just about achieving the perfect shade—it’s about protecting the hair every step of the way. We used L’Oréal’s Metal Detox to neutralize metals that can damage the hair during lightening, ensuring the colour remains vibrant and even while protecting against breakage. Following this, we treated Elodie’s hair with the L’Oréal Absolut Repair Molecular Treatment, which works deep within the hair structure to rebuild strength and keep her locks soft, smooth, and healthy.
