I have published three studies on a Kundalini yoga meditation known as Kirtan Kriya. This practice stands out because of its simplicity and effectiveness, making it accessible even for people who believe they do not have time to meditate. Kirtan Kriya takes only twelve minutes, which is why it is often called the perfect add on meditation. For those twelve minutes, you repeat the sounds Sa Ta Na while using focused attention, breath, and gentle finger movements. This short daily practice has been shown to support brain health, emotional balance, and mental clarity. It proves that meditation does not need to be long or complicated to be powerful, only consistent and intentional.

Blood supply to the brain travels through vessels along the spine. Long hours of slouching can impair circulation and contribute to brain fog and forgetfulness over time. 👉🏻 Stand up every hour.
