Our breath acts as a bridge between our conscious mind and our unconscious self, creating the space for us to reconnect to those parts of our self that we have abandoned, that we have rejected and deemed as unlovable from years of conditioning These parts are yearning to feel the loving warm embrace of you  However, when these parts stay in the shadows they seek expression through wounded ways impacting our relationships, our connection to self and and how we view the world Often there can be a lot of pain associated with these parts, feelings of being unseen, unsafe, abandoned and unheard.  So as we breathe in this way we are creating the space for ourself to release the pain those parts are holding, given them voice and providing them with that which they never received, we bring them to the light out of the shadow We remember, That all of us is welcome  And what a gift it is to feel so deep And finally we return back home to wholeness #breathwork #somatichealing #selfhealingtools

Rebirthing Breathwork, when done in a conscious and connected manner, helps bring to the surface unresolved emotions, memories, and trauma, making it easier for the body to discharge these experiences. The breath becomes a powerful trigger to release deep emotional and physical tension. People often ask me how I can hold space for others’ pain without breaking. The answer is compassion-not empathy. Empathy makes you feel what others feel, but compassion allows you to witness pain without being consumed by it. Over time, I’ve learned to sit with my own pain, and that has given me the strength to hold space for others on their healing journeys. Pain is not something to fear-it’s something to face, feel, and ultimately transform. The only way out is through…but if you find another way, I’d love to hear it. In learning to embrace my own discomfort, In learning to sit with my own discomfort, I can now hold and contain the pain of others, creating a safe space for healing to unfold. #rebirthingbreathwork #healingtrauma #healingjourney #traumarecovery #breathwork #breathworkhealing

Le Breathwork est un outil simple et puissant pour calmer le stress et l’anxiété en quelques minutes. Il agit en stimulant notre système d’apaisement naturel : le système nerveux parasympathique. Des recherches montrent qu’une technique appelée soupir physiologique aide à réguler rapidement le système nerveux en cas de stress. Comment faire ? 1️⃣ Inspire 2 fois de suite par le nez (deux petites inspirations rapprochées). 2️⃣ Expire lentement et longuement par la bouche (plus long que les inspirations). 3️⃣ Répète 3 à 5 fois, ou plus. 💡Pourquoi insister sur l’expiration ? C’est elle qui active le système de détente du corps. Plus l’expiration est longue, plus elle envoie un signal de calme et de sécurité au cerveau. Un geste simple, accessible partout… pour revenir au calme, naturellement.
