US Mortality Database Number 2 is the only data base that has 2021 data available all others use 2019 or 2020. Interest rates vs divorce rates. Federal Funds Rate compared to the U.S. divorce rate (shown as %). The interest rate data comes from historical Federal Funds annual averages (via macrotrends). The divorce series is reconstructed using: • National Center for Family & Marriage Research trend reports • CDC / National Vital Statistics System (2000–2023 crude rates as cross-check) • Historical demography literature documenting the 1970s–1980s no-fault spike and long decline The goal was not to fabricate data, but to anchor the historical shape to published demographic research and align peak magnitudes and decline trends with documented evidence. Both series are shown as actual rates. No rebasing. The early 1980s were a peak period for both policy rates and marital instability. Follow for more charts like this.

Você pode não ter contratado um empréstimo, mas sim caído na armadilha do "Cartão Fantasma", tecnicamente conhecido como RMC (Reserva de Margem Consignável). ​🔍 Entenda a prática: Muitas instituições financeiras oferecem um "saque" no cartão de crédito consignado como se fosse um empréstimo tradicional. O problema? O desconto mensal no seu benefício cobre apenas o pagamento mínimo da fatura. O restante do valor gera juros rotativos altíssimos, criando uma "dívida eterna" que pode consumir sua margem por anos. ​⚖️ O que diz o Direito: Quando essa modalidade não é informada com clareza e transparência ao consumidor (violando o Art. 6º do CDC), o Judiciário tem considerado a prática abusiva. ​Existem precedentes importantes em diversos tribunais determinando: ✅ O cancelamento do cartão RMC; ✅ A conversão da dívida para um empréstimo consignado comum (com juros menores e prazo definido); ✅ A restituição em dobro dos valores pagos indevidamente (Art. 42, parágrafo único do CDC); ✅ Indenização por danos morais em casos específicos. ​🛡️ Sua atitude: Não normalize uma dívida que não tem fim.
