👇 FULL RECIPE BELOW: Blueberry Chia Pudding 🫐 credit @jessespt • 1/2 cup blueberries, plus extra for topping • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt • 1 tablespoon chia seeds • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs or crushed dark chocolate 🔹 How to make it: Mash the blueberries with the back of a spoon. Add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and honey. Mix until smooth and evenly combined. Top with extra blueberries and a sprinkle of cacao nibs or dark chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. 🧠 Blueberries, cacao nibs, and chia seeds are rich in antioxidants and plant-based omega-3s that help support brain health, focus, and memory. 🧬 These same compounds may also help support liver health by lowering inflammation and helping with fat metabolism. 🦠 Greek yogurt and chia seeds help support a healthier gut by providing probiotics and fermentable fiber that nourish the microbiome and support digestion. #chiaseeds #chiapudding #healthyrecipes #breakfast

It’s thick but creamy😋 Such a yummy snack idea! • More healthy & easy recipes like this in my new Ebook: Healthy Food Made Easy which has 85 low-effort recipes: breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners & desserts🤩 The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • this makes 4 servings: 1/2 cup chia seeds (120 ml) 3/4 cup milk of choice (180 ml) 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen raspberries (360 ml / 200 g) 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250 g) 3 tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1. Blend the raspberries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together 2. Pour into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and Greek yogurt and stir well 3. Stir once after 20 – 30 minutes so the chia seeds distributes evenly 4. Let set in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight 5. If after chilling it’s thicker than you want, you can always stir in 1 – 2 tablespoons milk 6. SCOOPABLE MANGO COCONUT CHIA PUDDING // because finding ways to make breakfast easier has been everything for me lately. i love having chia pudding prepped for those healthy fats and fiber and this thick and creamy texture makes me feel like i’m eating dessert for breakfast. i am hooked and i can’t stop making flavors! any flavor you want to see next? LMK!! COMMENT RECIPE FOR THE FULL RECIPE ON MY BLOG! Pudding Ingredients ½ cup chia seeds ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 1 cup milk of choice (coconut milk is preferred) 1¼ cups mango chunks (about 1 large ripe mango, fresh or frozen) ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut ½ cup coconut cream ((solid part from can)) 3 tablespoons maple syrup (can sub honey) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Toppings (optional) Greek yogurt dollop diced mango toasted coconut flakes honey drizzle lime zest In a blender, add the milk, mango, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth and bright. Add the coconut cream to the blender and blend again briefly, just until combined. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt. Pour in the mango coconut mixture and whisk until fully smooth. Stir in the chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Cover and refrigerate overnight, until thick and scoopable. INSTANT Reese's Chia Pudding with 50g of protein!! 🍫😋💪 I love chia pudding but always forget to make it the night before, so this ‘instant’ version has become my go-to way to make it! For this recipe I used @promix’s Madagascar Vanilla protein powder, but you can also use their Chocolate flavor! 🍦 It’s made with clean, all natural ingredients and is SO delicious in this chia pudding recipe, smoothies and more! You can use the discount code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 10% Promix! What you need: - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 1/4 cup hot water - 3/4 cup greek yogurt - 1 serving vanilla protein powder - 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter - 2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener - 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips - 1 tsp coconut oil How to: - Add chia seeds and hot water to a bowl. - Mix for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds gel up. - Stir in greek yogurt, protein powder, powdered peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. - Optional to scoop into a smaller jar or glass, or you can leave it in the bowl and smooth out the top of the chia pudding. - Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat on 30 second increments until smooth. I cooked the peaches down before blending with the milk because it actually makes the peach flavor so much more prominent.
