This process took me about 5 days with help from friends + family!! I would never do this again (idk tho never say never) IT WAS SO STRESSFUL. Combing out your locs does not mean loosing all of your hair! ⭐️ When you have locs, your natural shed hairs (the 50–100 strands we normally lose daily) get trapped inside instead of falling out. I wanted to try locs out for my journey one day when I turn 50-60 years of age. I had locs for 6 months and they had already locked. This same technique will work on 4 plus years or longer locs. I enjoyed the short journey and will be revisiting locs in the future. As of now I’m outside and I love the diverse feeling that changing my hair gives me. I will do a reel showing you the different styles you can achieve with locs.
