Neither impression is always accurate. But it doesn’t matter, because the buyer has already decided before they reach out. This is what I call the perception gap. And it’s costing businesses real revenue every single day. Here’s what strategic content actually does that most people miss. It doesn’t just make you look good. It makes buyers feel certain. Certain that you understand their problem. Certain that you’ve solved it before. Certain that you’re worth what you’re charging. That certainty is what drives enquiries.
