So last month when I posted about my fruit, vegetable & herb garden again, I received so many messages from you guys about how you could do this for your family. So I decided to make a video detailing how you can get started growing food for your family even if you don’t have a lot of land!

Over the last several years I have been on Instagram you have seen many renditions of my vegetable carts, from the beautiful metal cart one, to the planter boxes I have built, to my lettuce grow, so I figured why not show you guys step by step how to create a space for yourself!
It also was important to me to show you all that you can do this! 💪🏻 It’s fairly easy to create a space to grow your own food! My next video will be showcasing how to plant your garden and ways to naturally keep pesticides and bugs off your herb garden. 👍🏻
Also stay tuned for part two where I will show you all how I sealed and painted this planter box in order to make it last against all the elements!
As you know, I don’t show this side of me that often on my feed (more in my stories) but believe it or not I do a ton of DIY home projects around the house! I love building, crafting, painting and creating beautiful things!
This is a fun project because it can involve the whole family & teaches Skylar that she can grow her own food to help nourish her body! She loved party in this with me!
I have always loved having my own garden to go pick fresh food & cook with it! It makes me feel accomplished & proud to be feeding my family with product that is not full of pesticides and gunk! So I try as much as I can to cook with these ingredients.
