Here are 4 simple moves to try: ✔️ Straight Leg Raises (either laying down or sitting up) - think about “flexing” your quad first, then lifting your leg. ✔️ Seated Knee Extensions - add resistance with a band or an ankle weight if it gets easy ✔️ Wall Sits - try single leg…wow! 😮 ✔️ Sit-to-Stands - try to not use your hands at all.
