FIFrom the very beginning, we were never an unhealthy couple, just a pair who would drift in and out of fitness every few months. But life has its phases. During my pregnancy, my husband had to undergo umbilical surgery, and recovery brought along unexpected weight gain. After I delivered, I fully embraced my postpartum diet, meant to heal my body and boost milk production, but it also brought the extra kilos with it.
Before we knew it, we both found ourselves in the worst shape of our lives. And that’s when we made a promise: by December, we would become the strongest, healthiest versions of ourselves. We joined the transformation challenge with FITTR and signed up with Coach Rishab, who guided us every step of the way.
As new parents, it wasn’t easy. Sleepless nights, unpredictable schedules, cooking while managing a baby, everything felt like a challenge. But we refused to give up. The transformation challenge became our motivation, a goal we were determined to finish together.
On nights when the baby finally fell asleep, we would walk circles around the house just to hit our daily step count. We pushed each other, supported each other, and kept going even when it felt impossible.
This journey hasn’t only changed our bodies, it has changed us as people. We’ve learned that with determination, teamwork, and a shared dream, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
