The Truth: Actually, the opposite is true! Leaving cooked rice out on the counter is what makes it toxic (Bacillus cereus bacteria). Always get cooked rice into the fridge within an hour to stay safe! ✅ 2. 🧄 Garlic The Myth: "It attacks the liver if refrigerated." The Truth: False. It won't kill you, but the fridge will make it sprout and get rubbery faster. Best Storage: Cool, dry pantry. 🧺 3. 🥔 Ginger The Myth: "It causes kidney failure in the fridge."
