At the GoSports Foundation Athletes’ Conclave 2025, we spent two packed days exploring exactly that.
Day 1 was all about performance. Athletes learned how technology can support training, recovery, sports science, and nutrition, followed by a special felicitation that celebrated the achievements and progress of athletes across our programmes.
Day 2 looked beyond training. From managing daily routines and finances to building a personal brand, the focus shifted to how digital tools can simplify life and support long term growth.
Athletes also got hands on with an interactive experience zone by Behavioural Foresight, Rehamo, and TriFit, tools designed to enhance performance and recovery.
