#GoodCulturePartner Officially obsessed with these *lemon blueberry cottage cheese donut holes* 🤤 they are perfectly sweet, fluffy, and contain 5 G of protein per donut hole made using @good_culture cottage cheese.  Serving size - 6 donut holes Ingredients * ¾ cup Good Culture 4% Cottage Cheese, blended until just smooth * 1 cup flour (may need to 1-2+ tbsp additional flour if using a cottage cheese brand with thinner consistency or lower fat) * 1 egg  * 1 tbsp maple syrup  * Zest from 1 lemon  * 2 tsp baking powder  * ¼ tsp baking soda  * ¼ tsp salt * ⅓ cup frozen wild blueberries Icing  * ½ cup powdered sugar * ¼ tsp vanilla  * 1-2 tbsp milk  Directions 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the blended Good Culture cottage cheese, egg, and maple syrup and stir well with a spoon. Once it starts to come together, fold in blueberries. 2. Take ~2 tbsp dough at a time and carefully roll into balls.  3. Preheat air fryer, coating the basket with non-stick cooking spray.  4. Place balls in air fryer, trying not to overcrowd the basket. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 350F.  5. Remove from air fryer and cool. While donuts are cooling, whisk together the ingredients for the icing.  6. Once donuts are cooled completely, dip them in the glaze and let set for ~10-15 minutes. INGREDIENTS Chicken Marinade 2 lb boneless chicken thighs (best) or breasts 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (or 2 tsp grated ginger + 2 tsp minced garlic) 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp ground cumin 1/2 tbsp mustard powder 1/2 tbsp curry powder 2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil Good Culture Cottage Cheese “Cream” (heavy-cream swap) 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese (4%) ¼–½ cup water or milk (as needed) Blend 60–90 seconds until completely smooth. Texture should pour like heavy cream. Set aside. Butter Chicken Sauce 1½ tbsp butter (or ghee) 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1½ tbsp Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp ground coriander 1/2 tbsp ground cumin 1¾ cups tomato purée ½–¾ cup water (as needed) 1 tsp salt (start with ¾ tsp) 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp garam masala (for finishing) Good Culture Cottage Cheese Butter Chicken (Quick Directions) Mix chicken + all marinade ingredients. Marinate 1+ hour. Blend cottage cheese + milk/water until silky smooth (pours like cream). Melt butter in a pan. Cook chicken on medium-low until browned/cooked. Remove. Same pan: add butter, sauté onions until deep golden. Add ginger-garlic paste + sauce spices. Cook briefly. Add tomato purée. Simmer until thick; splash water if needed. Add chicken back, simmer a few minutes. Lower heat OFF/LOW. Stir in cottage cheese cream (don’t boil). Finish with kasuri methi + garam masala. Taste + adjust salt.

@good_culture keeping me full throughout the week! #cottagecheese #highprotein #goodculturepartner Waffles/Pancake 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese ½ cup milk (or water if no milk) 1 ½ cup rolled oats 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon Salt Mix together Use waffle maker, or make pancakes on a heated pan Cook each side 1-3 minutes Buffalo Chicken dip ½ Rotisserie chicken  1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese ½ cup Buffalo sauce Chives (Optional) Dice up chicken, and mix together all the ingredients Spinach wrap (makes 2 wraps) 1 bunch of spinach 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese 2 eggs Salt Pepper Mix together and pour out on an oven pan 350F for 20-30min until it looks toasted #healthyrecipes
