Dozer says YES YES YES!!!!🥬😂 #GuiltFreeSnacking (PS don’t worry, not turning into one of those healthy food blogs 😂 I juat had a bunch of kale lying around, had the munchies, and thought why not? 🤷🏻‍♀️) CRISPY KALE CHIPS (Chipotle Lime optional seasoning) 12 tightly packed cups kale leaves torn into 4cm/1.7” pieces, thoroughly dried (else they steam instead of crisping) 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1/8 tsp salt (you really don’t need much!) Chipotle powder - as much as you dare Lime zest - 1 to 2 limes 1. Drizzle kale with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, toss then rub handfuls to ensure all leaves thoroughly coated. 2. Spread on 2 trays in single layer (but can be squished, they shrink). Bake 15 min at 180c/350f (160c fan) until crispy and edges crumble into powder. 3. Tip into bowl, sprinkle with chipotle and zest, toss, devour. They truly are at their best warm but room temp ok. They lose crispness after ~ 30 min but can be recrisped 3 min in oven. Can keep for few days in airtight container. NUTRITION COMMENT: About 80% less calories than potato chips for same volume, not weight cause kale chips way lighter. Plus bonus nutrition from kale. Will satisfy your munchie cravings with less guilt. But if you’re truly a kale hater, do not make these cause you can’t deny there is still kale flavour. I don’t mind it. I recently tried this incredible NO MAIDA NO ADDED SUGAR 4-INGREDIENT BROWNIE, and I’m officially hooked! This healthier twist is light, guilt-free, and downright delicious—perfect for satisfying those sweet cravings without the heavy aftermath. After trying this, I can confidently say, I won’t go back to regular brownies ever again. Recipe- - In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas. - Add 1/2 cup peanut butter (alternatively you may use any other nut butter - like almond or hazelnut butter) - Add 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder. - Add 2 tbs Choco Chips. (If you want more sweetness, you may add 1 or 2 tbs maple syrup- I haven’t added). - Mix everything well. - Pour this batter into the lined and greased baking tray. Avoid using large tray, otherwise brownie will be very flat. - Bake this brownie at 180 Celsius in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. (Alternatively if you want to bake on gas for 40-50 min and brownie pan should not touch the Kadhai bottom which is on flame🔥 - Once it’s baked, remove from oven; and let it cool down for 15-20 minutes then cut and serve. (Once you remove from the oven, this brownie will sink a little bit, so do not worry as it is expected.) .
