It’s a perfect delight as it has no sugar, no cream, and no cornflour, so it’s a win, win right? 🥰🥰 Ingredients: ☕1+1/2 cup milk ☕5 Medjool dates, pitted ☕3 tbsp sugar free dark chocolate ☕2 tbsp cocoa powder ☕1/4 tsp cinnamon powder Instructions: 1. Soak 5 dates in 1/2 cup hot milk for 5 mins. 2. Blend the soaked dates along with the milk to form a smooth paste. 3. Now, in a saucepan add the milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon powder along with the date paste and whisk until it combines. 4. Add dark chocolate and mix until the mixture just comes to a boil and begins to thicken. 5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and serve the healthy hot chocolate immediately. 6. This recipe serves 2 small glasses or 1 large glass of hot chocolate.

Low fat milk 250 ml 6. Dark chocolate 2-3 cubes 1. Add almonds and dry date to warm milk and soak for 1 hour, add some cocoa powder, mix well and blend to form a puree. 2. Next add milk to a pan, let it heat for a minute, add coffee powder and 2-3 dark chocolate cubes 3. Add date and almond puree to the milk and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Your winter evenings just got a healthy upgrade Ingredients • Rolled oats – 15g • Water- 30 g • Unsweetened cocoa powder – 8g • Dates - 2 • Milk– 250g • Cinnamon stick • Nutmeg- 1/4 tsp 🔥 Method: 1. In a saucepan, add oats +water. 2. Simmer on low for 4–5 minutes until soft and thick.Let it cool slightly. 3. Add the cooked oats, and dates and blend into a paste. 4. In a saucepan, add the milk along with the paste, cocoa powder, cinnamon stick and nutmeg. 5. Whisk and heat until it thickens. 6. Pour into a mug and dust with cinnamon or shaved chocolate. Perfect for this weather ☺️ Ingredients: - 1 cup Almond Milk - 1/2 cup Water - 2 tbsp Ragi Flour - 2 tsp Ghee - 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp Jaggery - Pinch of Sea Salt - 3/4 cup 70% Dark Chocolate Instructions: -In a saucepan, heat ghee and sauté ragi flour until the rawness disappears for about 3-4 minutes. -Gradually add water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps until all the water is incorporated. -Mix in cocoa powder until well combined. -Slowly pour in almond milk, stirring constantly, and allow the mixture to come to a boil. -Let the mixture thicken slightly, then add a pinch of sea salt, vanilla and jaggery. Healthier Hot Chocolate ☕️ ❤️ If you love a good, creamy, and thick Hot chocolate but want to enjoy a healthier version, then you’re at the right place 😍 This is Day 4 of Baarish Wali Feels, where I share easy, quick, and yum recipes that make rainy days extra special ☔️❤️ Serves: 2-3 ☕️ Soak 2 pitted mejdool dates with 8 almonds and 1 tbsp rolled oats in 1/2 cup hot milk for 10-15 mins. ☕️ Then blend them with 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/2 cup water until smooth. You can strain the mixture if there are some bits. ☕️ Now add 1 cup milk to a pan. Add the prepared paste and let the mixture come to a slight boil. ☕️ Then add 1/4 cup chopped good-quality chocolate and just let the chocolate melt on low heat. If the mixture is too thick for you, add some water/milk to adjust the consistency. ☕️ Finish with a pinch of salt and a little bit of vanilla (optional) ☕️ Try it and get ready to fall in love! ❤️ Honestly, it’s creamy though as it is so, even if you don’t want to add the chocolate too, it’s perfectly Ok!
