Hi, I’m Kemishia Minta. Some people call me Olori.
I’m a wife, a mom of three, and the founder behind Social Tea and The Seremoni Edit.
I’m half Nigerian and half Trinidadian, raised by an immigrant mother who taught me that faith is real, excellence is the standard, and if you want something built, you build it.
In 2019, I started Social Tea as a women’s empowerment community. Since then, we’ve curated over 500 events nationally centered on connection and women winning together.
What started as gatherings grew into a full ecosystem.
Today, I own and operate two venues in Downtown Houston in the fourth largest city in the United States.
I plan and design weddings.
I produce corporate and social events.
I curate conferences and community experiences.
Everything you see here is connected. I build intentional rooms where milestones are celebrated, brands are activated, and people feel something when they walk in.

CASaving money all 2024! I went and got my hair done by my dear stylist who hasn’t seen me in months and we got rid of a lot of dead ends. I was so happy with my hair that I had go turn my camera on. I’ll be using these photos in my @thecuratedcareer content.
