HIER ⬇️🤍 Bei der „richtigen“ Ernährung vor und nach dem Training kommt es immer auch auf die Art und Intensität an. Bei einer kurzen Einheit von geringer Intensität ist es weniger relevant ob oder was du davor isst. Hochintensive Trainingseinheiten und Ausdauereinheiten dagegen profitieren davon mit ausreichend Energie versorgt zu sein. ⏰ 30-60 Minuten vor dem Training: • Kohlenhydrat-und proteinreicher Snack z.B. Proteinshake und Banane, Reiswaffeln mit Quark Proteinriegel Ballaststoffe und Fette solltest du zu dem Zeitpunkt eher reduzieren, da diese die Verdauung verlangsamen. 🕰️ 2-3 Stunden vor der Trainingseinheit: Eine ausgewogene Mahlzeit mit Kohlenhydraten, Proteinquelle und einer moderaten Menge an Fett 🏋️‍♀️ Post Workout: Wenn du ein paar Stunden vor dem Training eine Mahlzeit mit ausreichend Protein und Kohlenhydraten zu dir genommen hast, ist der Zeitpunkt der Mahlzeit nach dem Training weniger wichtig. In diesem Fall reicht es also auch innerhalb von 2-4 Stunden nach dem Training zu essen. 💡Wenn du keine Mahlzeit vor dem Training hattest oder sogar nüchtern trainierst hast, dann ist es von Vorteil, die Mahlzeit relativ bald nach der Trainingseinheit zuzuführen. 🪟„Anaboles Fenster‘ Wenn du kein Hochleistungssportler bist, dann ist grundsatzlich die Tagesbilanz an Energie und Nährstoffen wichtiger als Details wie der Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme. ❌ VERMEIDE DAS VOR DEM TRAINING (30-60 Minuten vorher) • fettreiche Lebensmittel (z.B. fettiges Fleisch, ölreiche Lebensmittel) • Ballaststoffreiche Lebensmittel (z.B. Your chest should be up, shoulders back, and core engaged. ❇️ Lowering Phase: Begin the squat by pushing your hips back as if you’re sitting into a chair. Bend your knees and lower your body while keeping your chest up and your back straight. Ensure your knees track over your toes. ❇️ Depth: Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the ground or as far as your flexibility allows without compromising form. Avoid letting your knees go past your toes. ❇️ Ascending Phase: Push through your heels to return to the starting position, extending your knees and hips. Exhale as you rise.
