BYMy daughter has just turned 8.
Yet she discovered a passion, and more importantly, a commitment to something at a very young age. She trains multiple times a week in gymnastics, dance and tennis. They require her to travel and train when her school is still teaching, so we made the commitment to let her miss school and train. Will it be forever? Who knows? Will she be a professional athlete? Statistically unlikely. But imagine learning from a young age that you’re heard, your passions matter and developing a growth mindset.
We catch up on the classroom work at home and she’s exceeding age appropriate expectations at school 🙏
