Not personal. Not business. Creator.
It gives you better analytics, trending audio access and the features that help you grow an actual brand… not a digital business card.
Fix your username
If your IG handle doesn’t include your name, you’re building a brand people will never remember. If your name is taken, use a variation.

You want clients to recognize your name the moment they see it… online, in their inbox or on a yard sign.
Rewrite your IG bio for SEO
Your name and your location belong in the bold top line because that line is searchable.
Think: “Amy Gregory | Mesa AZ Realtor”
If someone types “Mesa Realtor,” your profile should show up. This alone can increase profile visits before you even post.
Post daily… but post for the right person
Not for other agents. Not for the algorithm.
For your ideal client.
First time homebuyers need education.
Move up buyers need clarity.
Sellers need strategy.
Luxury clients need authority.
When you speak to everyone, you convert no one. But when you speak to the exact person you want to work with, everything changes.
Treat your Instagram like an employee, not an obligation
Your brand should work even when you’re at showings, carpool or sleeping. Consistency is what creates name recognition… and name recognition is what converts.
