The secret? Urban Platter Gochujang! It brings that bold Korean-style flavour to this creamy NoMo — thick, smooth, deep umami and just the right amount of heat🔥
📝Ingredients:
• Instant noodles – 1 &1/2 pack (with spice mix)
• Water – 2 cups
• Gochujang – 1½ tbsp (Urban Platter)
• Heavy cream – ½ cup
Method:
1. In a pan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a gentle boil on medium heat.
2. Add the instant noodles along with the spice mix and let the noodles soften.
3. Once the noodles start cooking, add 1½ tbsp gochujang + ½ cup heavy cream. Mix everything well until creamy.
4. Top with frozen momos and grated cheese, then cover the pan.
5. Cover & cook for 2 minutes, until the momos are heated through and the cheese melts. That’s it, Enjoy!
