Turns out, it’s actually the subtle elements that only an app designed for coaches by coaches would think of: In particular, the ability to leave coaches notes is a chance for daily education, intention setting and short/sweet high impact cues or reminders. Rencontre avec ce sous-officier qui a un rôle essentiel sur la BAP. 🏋️ Il s’agit d’une expérience enrichissante pour ce sous-officier qui travaille essentiellement au profit du personnel navigant sur Rafale. « Tous les militaires de la BAP ont besoin de séances de sport et pas seulement les équipages. Le but est de les maintenir en condition physique. Quel que soit le niveau de menace d’un théâtre, ils doivent être en mesure de tenir une arme, marcher longtemps et courir », indique le sergent-chef. 🔎 Titulaire de la qualification de préparateur physique du personnel navigant, Mathieu adapte ses cours selon leurs besoins, leur niveau de fatigue et les missions qu’ils ont à réaliser. « Pour accomplir leur mission, le personnel navigant doit être endurant dans la performance car leurs vols durent plusieurs heures. C’est important que les équipages aient, par exemple, une bonne sangle abdominale. Je leur propose des exercices adaptés à leurs contraintes particulières en vol, notamment à leur position dans le cockpit », explique Mathieu. ✈️ #Chammal #aviateur #armeedelair #opex #sport
