I am a tad nervous because clearly I’m not athlete 👀and I’ve received enough body shaming comments to last a lifetime. But I’m ready to change the narrative that health is about being a certain size or body ideal. Moving is such a reward for my body and I’m so motivated to be my best self to accomplish the things I want in life and keep up with my very busy toddler🥰
And at the end of the day all that matters are your life choices. Looking after yourself for YOU - no one else. For me my greatest investment will always be my health
