It’s time to talk about the @corosglobal Pace 4. Previous to this watch I was using the Apple series 7 and let me tell you, the battery alone is worth switching. Going into my first real running watch purchase I wanted to make sure I made the right decision. Spoiler, I do not regret my purchase. With the accuracy of the tracking in all aspects and the battery still at 39% after wearing it for almost 2 weeks straight, save yourself the headache and just go buy it. Chest Heart Rate Monitor I Use @garminindia HRM 200 Heart Rate Monitor This is the chest strap I use. Chest straps are generally the most accurate for running because they read the heart’s electrical signal directly. If you prefer an arm/bicep option: If you use @whoop , you can get a Bicep Band and connect it to your watch. Your watch will then use the Whoop heart-rate data instead of the wrist sensor, which is usually more reliable during workouts. Another solid option is the @coros.in Heart Rate Monitor, which is an optical arm band that connects to most watches and works really well for running.
