Millions of you reacted to this reality in 2025. Yes, this image was AI-generated, but the ocean pollution it represents is VERY real. Cruise ships release over a BILLION gallons of human waste, toxic chemicals, and polluted wastewater into the sea every single year.💀🌊 Once they’re 3+ miles offshore, it’s perfectly legal—but the environmental devastation is irreversible. 🐟 Marine life chokes on toxins. 🌎 Our ecosystems collapse. 🚰 And those same waters? End up back in our food, our bodies, and robbing our health. There is zero REAL regulation. It’s ALWAYS profit over pollution. The earth is sick, and because of that, we are sick. Autoimmune disease, chronic illness, inflammation—it’s all connected to the poisons in our environment. Healing starts with awareness… and action. 🌱 Your body is designed to heal itself—but only when you remove the toxins and give it what it actually needs. That’s why I created Feast to Wellness—a holistic protocol that cuts out the poisons, nourishes from the root, and shows you exactly how to reclaim your health. Because protecting your body starts with protecting the earth. #Repost @waterplanetusa Unfortunately, on today’s tour- we witnessed a heartbreaking scene. 💔 🌊 Outraged by this? You should be. This video shows a giant manta ray—perfectly healthy—harvested just off Panama City Beach under a permit held by Sea World. It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable. Why this matters: • Manta rays are protected: Florida law makes it illegal to “harvest, possess, land, purchase, sell, or exchange” manta rays in state waters—and mandates immediate, unharmed release if accidentally caught  . • Gentle ocean giants: The giant oceanic manta can reach up to 23 feet wide and 3,000 kg, swimming thousands of kilometers daily and diving to depths of 1,000 m  . • Slow breeders: They reproduce just once every 3–5 years, after a 12–13 month gestation, with only 1–2 pups each time—a recipe for population collapse  . 🆚 Contrast this with Gulf World’s dolphin fiasco: • After five dolphin deaths in 8 months—including blunt-force trauma and lethal infections—authorities raided the park. It’s now bankrupt and under criminal investigation  . • Meanwhile, you see manta rays ripped from their habitat—wild life treated like aquarium props. ⸻ 🛑 What you can do: 1. Sound the alarm. Contact Florida Fish & Wildlife and the FWC permit office: • FWC Wildlife Hotline: (888) 404-3922 • Email permit inquiries: special.permits@myfwc.com 2. Tag your local news. DM or email investigative reporters at News|Radio|TV Panama City—demand they cover this injustice. 3. Call for systemic change. Urge Florida legislators to BAN all capture permits for manta rays and other marine megafauna. 🔁 Share this. Tag Sea World, FWC, local media. Let’s flood the comments, the inboxes, and the phones until they do the right thing. ⸻ Together, we can stop this. We show visitors the beauty of wild dolphins and rays—these magnificent creatures belong in the ocean, not under a permit. ⸻ #MantaMatters #SaveOurOceans #PanamaCityBeach #ProtectWildlife #FWC #HoldThemAccountable #SayNoToCaptivity

⚠️SAD BREAKING NEWS, PLEASE WATCH AND SHARE AND HELP EVERYONE SEE THIS!⚠️ Repost from @jungle_doctor this feels like science fiction, and I wish it was. Since March, a catastrophic algal bloom has been slowly suffocating our coastline — animals from over 420 species - sharks, rays, octopus, penguins - have been killed! The bloom has come about from a horrible combination: warming oceans, flood runoff, and nutrient pollution - creating a perfect storm for algae and bacteria to explode. As these blooms grow, they suck all the oxygen out of the water. No oxygen means marine life starts to suffocate, that’s why you see giant rays, sharks, and fish coming into the shallows - desperately trying to find the last bits of oxygen before they die. Some even wash up still alive - including a great white shark. It’s now over 70 times the size of Sydney Harbour, and can be seen from space. You can’t even take a single step on the beach without stepping on hundreds of dead animals. The oceans are thick with foam and are neon green under the surface. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen - or could have imagined. Scientists are equating it to an underwater bushfire - a slow-motion mass extinction. So what can we do? ✅ Locals can report dead marine life to FishWatch and upload sightings to iNaturalist and support groups like @greatsouthernreef who are restoring/protecting marine habitats
✅ Write to your local MPs demanding stronger marine protection and urgent climate action (EVERYONE CAN DO THIS, not just Australians)
✅ Aussies: support calls for a Royal Commission/parliamentary inquiry & national disaster declaration.
✅ Take climate action: reduce your emissions where you can, support clean energy, and push for policy change ✅ Watch the just-released Attenborough: Ocean to better understand what’s at stake
✅ Share this post - because EVERYONE needs to see this! This isn’t just a South Australia problem. It’s an everyone problem. Share with your followers and tag people, influencers and celebrities who need to see/share to help spread the word. The future of our oceans depends on us! #saveouroceans #savethereef #karmagawa

A comment on this recent viral video of a #seaturtle that had a bunch of barnacles removed from its mouth filmed in front of Oaxaca, Mexico. Her jaw was broken and in an ideal world, she should have been taken to a specialized veterinarian and after to a rehab center, but neither are as easily accessible in the Global South as they are in the Global North. Neither is it allowed to remove endangered wildlife from its natural habitat without proper permission from the authorities. The crew of the boat did what they could in this moment. But what is more concerning (in my opinion): why was the jaw of the turtle broken? It is very likely the result of a fishing gear incident. Maybe she got tangled in a net and was then removed rather carelessly...by humans. One Coral… Hundreds of Lives. While diving I slowly approached a patch of staghorn coral, and something incredible happened. The moment the fish saw me coming, dozens of tiny reef fish instantly darted into the branches of the coral to hide. To them, I looked like a predator — and the coral was their fortress. This is exactly why coral reefs are so important. Coral isn’t just a rock or a plant. It’s actually a living animal colony that builds complex underwater structures over time. Those branching shapes create thousands of tiny hiding places where small fish can escape predators. Without coral, many of these fish simply wouldn’t survive. Reefs are often called the “rainforests of the ocean” because they support around 25% of all marine life, even though they cover less than 1% of the ocean floor. Coral provides shelter, breeding grounds, food, and protection for countless species — from the smallest juvenile fish to large predators that hunt around the reef. Moments like this make it obvious: when coral disappears, entire ecosystems start to collapse. Protecting coral reefs doesn’t just save coral… it protects everything that depends on it. Fun Facts About Coral Reefs: • Coral reefs support about one quarter of all ocean species. • Staghorn coral grows relatively fast compared to many corals and forms dense structures perfect for fish nurseries. • Many juvenile fish spend their early lives hiding in coral before venturing out into the open reef. • Coral reefs also protect coastlines by absorbing wave energy and reducing erosion. You can literally see the difference — The murky green water from the inlet 🤢 mixing with the deep blue ocean. 🌊 The question is: what are we going to do about it? All that dirt and debris washing in is exactly why we do what we do. Every day, we’re out here pulling plastic and trash to keep our ocean clean. It’s a nonstop fight, but we’re not backing down. 💪 #4ocean #OceanCleanup #ProtectWhatYouLove #CleanSeas #SaveOurOceans #ActNow
