Ive been complaining about this ab injury but honestly its helped me a little bit with cleaning up my form and learning to leave more reps in reserve #jesuslovesyou #bodybuilding #gym #sciencebasedtraining

Science Based Training> READ⬇️ -Just about everyone that I know just goes to the gym and does the “popular” workouts -They’ll Just go do curls for biceps, etc., without doing any prior research, and knowing WHY they are performing these lifts. This is so wrong on so many levels. -Before you approach anything in life, you should research it heavily before hand that way you can eliminate error, & do it to the best of your ability… -I know people are still just going into the gym and doing random workouts without truly knowing why they are doing these workouts. -Turns out this entire time they weren’t hitting every part of their muscles and they are 10+ years into lifting wondering why they’re not seeing that fullness look to their physique that they should be. -This is because they did not approach the gym with prior knowledge. Rather they went in blindly and just did what they thought felt good. -Do your research before hand. Find the best workouts that hit not only every muscle, but every part of every muscle. -And then find out which parts of the muscle you haven’t been hitting this entire time and double down on those certain muscle groups in order to catch up. -One commonly missed muscle group is the rear delt muscle on the back part of your shoulder. While this is a smaller muscle, not hitting it as you should is making your physique look less full and complete. -Science base lifting removes all possible error while in the gym so it should most definitely be incorporated into your routine. *My full GYM workout program (everything you need to know in the gym to obtain your dream physique, including what to eat, & much more), and my AT HOME workout program (busy or don’t have access to a gym? this program allows you to develop your dream body from home).
