YouTube shorts to something a lot of creators are focusing on nowadays, but how profitable is it? You’ll have to get millions, if not billions of views to make a good amount of money.. it can become very profitable, but how good of a brand does it build and how well do people stick around? There is pros and cons to long form versus short form content.. in my opinion, one of the biggest benefits, a short form content is fast feedback loops for you to improve. In the same time that you post one long form video, you can make around 30 shorts…. You can get a ton more feedback from your audience, improve, and adapt for future growth. 📈

If you’re going to seriously start creating content across platforms - here are some tips. On Instagram, use trial reels to reach new audiences. Mosseri is tired of telling everyone this - follow his advice. On YouTube, double down on Shorts since there’s still a massive opportunity there. The platform is promoting short form content heavily. If you’re in it for the long run, I will recommend you double down on long-form content first. On LinkedIn, text and image posts outperform videos, so post daily if you can. This is contrary to what the platform says, but I’ve been fairly active on LinkedIn to know it not to be true. On Twitter, engage with popular accounts and write in small caps because it feels more human and less preachy. And on Snapchat, don’t overthink it. Be raw, be real, share personal stories.

I post at least one video a day (used to be more, but the fame hit and I got lazy). Nowadays, I mostly just fight with my comment section and occasionally post about gaming, anime, tech, and pop culture. People love to challenge me but I’ve never lost. I’ve never been beaten. Every once in a while I disappear into the garage not because I’m grounded, but because I’m generous enough to give my wife the house to herself. I love my job and working with @bbcmorninglive so much because I get to learn about new topics, and also topics that are close to my heart. I have family members with ADHD that, at times of their life, has been completely debilitating, so I have seen the impacts first hand! It’s also an acronym that people tend to throw around nowadays in our society, and I definitely think we should be careful about that because there are so many people out there struggling with ADHD and have found themselves in dark places because of it. I’ve wondered how, visually, an ‘ADHD brain’ responds vs a non ADHD brain, so being able to take part in this test with the lovely @leannemaskell was super insightful. It is clear to see how mine and Leanne’s results differed when consuming the short form content, and her and I had a really honest conversation after filming discussing how, when you have ADHD, it is difficult to communicate (and for others to understand and empathise) how busy and disorientating her mind can get at times. Just being able to see the results on screen, and to feel seen and validated felt extremely important to her, which I can completely understand and feel. And seeing the impact that short form content can have on an ADHD brain was incredibly insightful too; it’s clear to see how consuming that content can exacerbate the symptoms. While no one is saying that the consumption of short form content CAUSES ADHD (which I think it a misconception), it can cause someone to display sometimes identical symptoms. The good news is, these symptoms are temporary and can be reversed. So, if like me, you can feel your attention span shortening as the days go by (😅) maybe try limiting your screen time, setting a timer, or consuming longer form content instead! That’s what I am going to try and do more of!! 🥰

It’s called “creative finance” and our community leads the world in these strategies. ✌🏼 Creative finance allows you to buy whatever you want without the use of banks, credit and massive down payments… and don’t get me started on interest rates. I have no clue why anyone goes to the banks right now. Our average interest is less than 3.5% without a credit check at all. I know it sounds too good to be true! It’s unbelievable. Can you buy a home for your family? Yes! You can buy ANYTHING with creative finance. We buy businesses, vehicles, planes, apartments, houses, land, rv parks, etc with these strategies. We break it all down on our YouTube.com/pacemorby channel. Short form content doesn’t do this justice so head over there! This home is in Kalispell Montana. It’s on 20+ acres and is considered agricultural due to how much pasture we have. So our taxes are VERY low. We purchased this home directly from the seller without an agent and we used Creative Title and Escrow to do the transaction. Yea…. They are nationwide. We did not use a credit check. We never do. We did not use a bank. We make payments to the seller directly. They are the bank! We did not use more than a $1 bill to close on this deal. That’s the down payment. ONE DOLLAR!!! Purchase price $3.7 million Interest rate 4% 30 year term We pay the seller instead of paying a bank. This is a combination of SubTo and Seller Finance. We coined the term “hybrid” for these types of deals about 10 years ago. WHY WOULD THE SELLER DO THIS???? So many reasons. So so so many reasons. 1. He got the price he wanted. 2. He avoided agents and the commission 3. He got to close quickly with us. 4. He had other projects to focus on. 5. Saved so much on cap gains taxes. 6. He’s collecting interest on the payments we make. 4% 7. He didn’t have to make the home perfect before we bought it. 8. We avoided appraisals, inspections and pesky bank loans. Quick!!!
