It could be tension 👀 One muscle I see ALL the time that gets super tense is the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) — the long muscle running down the side of your neck. When it’s tight, it can: • Create that heavy, tense feeling in your face • Contribute to fluid buildup • Make your features look less defined Your lymphatic system (aka your body’s drainage system) depends on movement. And when your neck is constantly tight? Things don’t flow as well. So you can be doing “all the right things" and still feel stuck. Start releasing the tension → things begin to move again.
