METhis is the level. The 3 AM wake-ups, the snack negotiations, the endless energy requests… then showing up for me. Not comparing, just conquering my own lane.
As a trainer and a mom, my perspective on fitness has completely changed. It’s not about the PRs (though those are nice 🏋🏻♀️). It’s about the mental fortitude built on 4 hours of sleep. It’s about showing up imperfectly, consistently, for yourself and your family. Don’t compare chapters. 💛
