HADVC, Moonlight Magic, Duffy and Friends, oh my! 🌙✨
This year’s Moonlight Magic event hosted by @disneyvacationclub at Disney California Adventure was another magical evening. I always look forward to the special and rare characters that they bring out, and this year was no exception with the appearance of Duffy, ShellieMay and ‘Olu Mel. This was a rare meet-and-greet at the US-based Disneyparks.
We also received some food vouchers, got complimentary ice cream, and a viewing of World of Color - ONE. Some of the many perks of being a Disney Vacation Club member. 🌏✌️

EYMoana’s Voyage is a new splash pad area at Disney’s newest resort offering, the Island Tower, a #DisneyVacationClub expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Villas & Bungalows.
To answer the questions we asked:
Yes, kids can climb up on the “wa’a kaulua” (sail boat) to take a picture or get up close with Moana.
Yes, this area will be open at night. The water effects even have built in LED lights to make the area glow at night.
Yes, this area is near the resort’s new pool, the Cove Pool. And it has fireworks viewing at night.
