While 37-year-old Jeffrey Bush was asleep in his bedroom late at night, the ground beneath his home suddenly collapsed. A massive sinkhole opened without warning, swallowing the entire room in seconds.
The crash woke his brother Jeremy, who ran toward the bedroom expecting to help—but instead found a gaping, unstable void where the floor had been.
