いちばんやさしいクラスなのに…😱‼️ 手強すぎたWHAT A FEELING👀✨ Over30class【30歳以上限定ダンスレッスン】 12月末の〈いちばんやさしいクラス〉では 🎧安室奈美恵 / What a feeling に挑戦しました💃 Over30classでは、 クラスごとにレベル設定を分けていて、 そのレベルに合った楽曲・振り付け内容を選ぶようにしています。 「いちばんやさしいクラス」では、 ✔ 振り数を詰め込みすぎない ✔ 落ち着いて 1・2・3・4 と数えられる ✔ 1カウントにつき、動きは基本ひとつ そんな“土台づくり”を大切にしています。 たとえば 1・2・3・4・5・6・7・8 この8カウントの中に、動きも8個。 カウントと動きがきれいに対応している状態です。 一方で、 難易度が上がってくると 1エン2エン3エン4… というように、 カウントとカウントの「間（エンドカウント）」が増えていきます。 同じ8カウントでも、 動きは16個、あるいはそれ以上。 情報量が一気に増える分、 コントロール力や身体の理解が必要になってきます。 ……と、少し専門的になりましたが😌 実は今回の曲、 サビ前半にこのエンドカウントがたっぷり盛り込まれていて、 「いちばんやさしいクラス」で扱うには 正直、かなりチャレンジングな一曲でした🔥 振り入れ最初は、 「今どこ！？」 「足、いつ戻す？」 「ジャンプ全然合わへん…！」 と、プチ事件が続出😂💦💦💦 でも、 ✔ 体重移動を丁寧に感じる ✔ エンドカウントを慌てず数える これを意識していくうちに、少しずつ振りが身体に馴染んでいきました👏 慣れてくると 安室ちゃんの伸びやかな歌声に包まれて、 ビートに身を預けながら身体を揺らし、 「あ、今うまくハマってめっちゃ気持ちいい」 そんな感覚が、皆さんの踊りから伝わってきました。 最初はどうなることかと思いましたが、見事にサビを踊りきれて良かったです👏 みなさんの練習量も素晴らしかったです👏 ここからは、 Over30classが大切にしていることを少しだけ。 このクラスには、 昔ダンスをしていた方もいれば、 大人になってから初めて挑戦される方もいらっしゃいます。 だからこそ、 「年齢に合った身体の使い方」 「無理をしないリズムの取り方」 「分からなくなっても置いていかない進め方」 そこには常に気を配っています。 レッスン内では、 鏡向きでゆっくり踊る動画を撮影し、 その日のうちにお渡ししています📹✨ その場で完璧にできなくても大丈夫。 おうちで見返して、 「あ、こここうなってたんや」 そんな気づきが、次の一歩につながります。 ダンスは、 “その日の1時間”だけで終わるものではなく、 次のレッスンまでの時間も含めて楽しめるもの✨ Over30classは、 そんなふうに 生活の中にダンスが溶け込んでいく感覚 を 大切にしています。 年齢を重ねた身体には、 若い頃とは違う「感じ取る力」や「コントロール力」があります。 経験がある方は、それを整理し直す時間として。 未経験の方は、最初から無理のない形で身体と向き合う時間として。 どちらにとっても、 今の自分の身体を基準に踊ることが、 結果的にいちばん上達への近道になります。 Over30classは、 今の自分で、今の身体で、ダンスを楽しむ場所。 そんな空間でありたいと思います。 いよいよ明日は1月のいちばんやさしいクラス❤️ モー娘。とKinKi Kids✨楽しみましょう❤️ そして… ２月の〈いちばんやさしいクラス〉のご予約も明日から始まります👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 ◽️2/28(土)14:40〜15:50 いちばんやさしいクラス 🎧 Theater/King & Prince（予定） 🎧 太陽のSEASON/安室奈美恵 📍予約開始▶︎ 1/31(土)15:00 💌DMにて▶︎【いちばんやさしいクラス】 今回「ちょっと難しかったけど楽しかった」方も、 「次こそ挑戦してみたい」方も、 ぜひ一緒に踊りましょう。 音楽を、 “聴くだけ”から “身体で味わう”時間へ。 Over30classで、お待ちしています✨ 🔻大阪クラススケジュールまとめ🔻 ◽️2/2(月)10:20〜11:35平日クラス 🎧 like JENNIE『MMA ver.』/JENNIE 📍予約受付中🔺残席わずか ◽️2/7(土)16:15〜17:25 🔰ゼロからクラス 🎧カリスマックス/SnowMan 📍締切ました❌ ◽️2/15(日) 🎧All For You/Janet Jackson ①10:00〜11:30しっかりクラス ➕ﾐﾆﾙｰﾃｨｰﾝ🎧募集中 ②11:45〜13:15やさしいクラス 📍予約🔺残席わずか ◽️2/16(月)10:20〜11:35平日クラス 🎧HYPNOTIZE/XG 📍予約受付中⭕️ 🗼東京クラス4月開催‼️２月初旬に告知します🗼 #dance #over30 #安室奈美恵 #whatafeeling #lesson
