That number sounds extreme but the idea behind it is worth paying attention to. When money moves through a blockchain network like XRP + XRPL + RLUSD, it doesn’t need to be reprinted or double counted. It becomes faster, cheaper, and transparent in real time.
Old system:
The Fed prints money and moves it slowly through banks.

Blockchain shows every transaction instantly and can settle in 3–5 seconds with near zero cost.
