Recipes:
1. Rava Appe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rava
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup water
½ tsp salt
½ onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
½ tomato, chopped
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
few curry leaves, finely chopped
2 chilli, finely chopped
½ tsp eno fruit salt
oil, for roasting
2. Litti Chikha
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Atta dough
½ cup sattu
2 tbsp Chopped onion
1 tsp green chilies
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
To serve:
Aloo chokha
chutney
Ghee
3. No fry Dahi Bhalla
INGREDIENTS
1 cup urad dal paste
To Serve:
Sweetened yoghurt
Sweet chutney
Green chutney
Pomegranate seeds
Chat masala
4. Choco lava cakes
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup maida
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup dahi
2 tbsp oil
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence

INGREDIENTS
