In federal statutory construction, the word “person” includes corporations, companies, associations, firms, partnerships, and joint stock companies. That’s not philosophy — that’s black letter federal code.
Under federal commercial structure, when you operate as a “U.S. citizen,” you are operating in a federal political capacity — and that capacity functions inside a statutory business framework.
What does that mean in practice?
• You have a taxpayer identification number.
• You operate through licenses and registrations.
• You contract through adhesion agreements.
• You generate revenue for the federal system.
That looks less like nationality… and more like a regulated commercial franchise.
This isn’t about emotion. It’s about structure.
When Congress defines “person” to include corporations, and you are classified as a statutory “person,” you are functioning in a legal capacity — not merely a natural one.
That’s why political status matters.
That’s why definitions matter.
That’s why jurisdiction matters.
The real question is not whether the system exists —
The question is: Do you know which capacity you’re operating in?

रूढ़िगत कानून की शक्ति: अनुच्छेद 13(3)(a) के कारण आपकी पड़हा व्यवस्था और ग्राम सभा के नियम सिर्फ परंपरा नहीं, बल्कि संवैधानिक "कानून" हैं।
कानूनों की टक्कर: यदि सरकार का कोई सामान्य कानून (जैसे भूमि अधिग्रहण या पुलिस का हस्तक्षेप) आपकी पारंपरिक व्यवस्था या मौलिक अधिकारों से टकराता है, तो अनुच्छेद 13 के तहत आपकी पारंपरिक व्यवस्था को प्राथमिकता मिलनी चाहिए।
