I always get my high intensity interval training workouts in, but if you’re looking for an additional calorie burn with steady state cardio, I love this air-stepper machine and it is JNL-Approved For many reasons! First of all it comes assembled, who has time to be screwing in nuts and bolts!? Second of all I love the resistant handles as you get an additional upper body workout as you get a lower body burn. It’s small and compact and can be tucked under any bed or stored away in a closet. I kid you not, even just five minutes on the stepper I get winded and I feel a really big burst of energy.
