Saving money without knowing what you’re spending.
Driving cross country without GPS Trying to lose weight with no real strategy. Exactly!! This is why “eating healthy” and “trying to be good” isn’t working.
 Because good intentions aren’t enough. What you need is a PLAN; a blueprint, a budget, a map— a proven approach that is evidence based, realistic and proven to work. So let go of the pressure to “eat healthy.” Stop trying to “be good.” And start doing something intentional, specific and sustainable. Here is a 5-step process to get you started. 1. Comment “macros” and I’ll send you over the exact formula I teach clients to use to calculate how many calories you actually need. 2. Do the math. Start with your maintenance calories. Mastering maintenance is the foundation for sustainable weight loss. 3. Choose your meals and snacks. Nothing fancy—just pick when you’ll eat throughout the day. 4. Map out your day. Spread your calories across meals in a way that keeps you fueled and satisfied. 5. Practice. Not perfectly—just consistently. Here’s how I do it:
My maintenance is around 2,000 calories. * 200-calorie shake before my workout * 600 for breakfast * 500 for lunch * 200 for an afternoon snack * 500 for dinner I follow what I call my meal-time framework—a repeatable structure or routine that works with my life, my body and my goals. You don’t need to be perfect. 
 You just need a plan, a blueprint, a map a strategy that works. This is exactly why I designed the EMPOWERED method for weight loss. So you can have a plan to follow. GROUP HUMAN DESIGN READER CERTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT 💘 If you told my 2019 self that I would be teaching Human Design, I would have laughed. It was my dirty little secret I discovered when I was working in law & felt like every day was a very draining Groundhog Day - thinking “this can’t be it?!” I remember delving into my design & feeling so seen & understood. I realised I wasn’t wrong, where I was putting my energy was. It gave me the confirmation (my body & intuition already knew) to forgo the law career I’d studied 7 years for. It is still to this day one of the best decisions of my life. Every day I see how human design can help people reconnect with themselves & make decisions that align with them. It is the tool that can often springboard people into making BIG change in their lives. And it’s gaining more & more traction. After a few years of readings, people kept requesting to learn HD. For a while I resisted until I finally felt ready. My human design (Projector, 5/1, LAX Education 1) is to quite literally teach whatever I see so clearly - that being human design. It’s such a gift to share my Empowered Method with my 1:1 clients from Europe to Uk to USA to Mexico. Watching them feel empowered to go on and start their own businesses. Over this time, I developed my curriculum/lectures and jam-packed the certification with everything you need to know to become a HD reader. But one thing I am craving is community & connecting different souls together (channel 40-37 in my chart). This January, I’ve decided to open a group training combining learning & community. This 15 week course will include LIVE weekly classes, very detailed curriculum (to use for your own reading prep), 7-day access to me for questions and joining a like-minded cohort. Beginning a new career or starting on a more aligned path can be intimidating & lonely, but if you have a beautifully supportive community, it can make the transition much easier & fun. I can’t wait to get super deep into human design while also learning more about ourselves 💕 Link in bio for more 💘

You won’t suddenly lose all your muscles while you’re on holiday. Don’t panic! But exercise releases feel good hormones and what better way to explore than run or walk and use the natural environment of where you are to exercise before breakfast and it gets too hot? Try this one (you can combine this with running or walking between different benches). 30 sec push ups (use the floor to make it harder or the back of the bench to make it easier) 30 sec Bulgarian split squats (in holiday sandals no less! 🤣) Pro tip - push your palms together as this engages your core which makes balalnce easier. Add a jump to make it harder. Make it easier by keeping both feet on the floor. 30 sec tricep dips - extend you legs to make it harder. 30 sec bench squat jumps lowering slowly to the bench. Make it less challenging by taking out the jump. Repeat 3-4 times. Then nip for a nice coffee in the sun on your own and just say your workout took longer so you get time to yourself. 😜 Lots of the VIPs in the Kickass community have been exercising while away, including @hovecbt who did some fantastic running training which has helped her to a PB this summer. More to come! You may - and probably will put on some body fat as your nutrition will change. But don’t stress, and don’t use exercise to ‘burn it off’. Exercise to feel good and improve your health. Take ownership of your nutrition and accept that holidays are a break from the norm and that everything will go back to normal if you’re committed to an empowered method of nutrition in midlife. save this workout and share to anyone else who needs It.
