biscoff tiramisu🤎 Ingredients: 200ml heavy cream, cold 25g powdered sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tsp vanilla 300g mascarpone 3 heaping tbsp biscoff spread, 60g 1/2 cup coffee 23-24 pcs biscoff cookies For topping: biscoff spread, melted 2-3 crushed biscoff cookies Instructions: 1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft to medium peaks form. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone and Biscoff spread until smooth and well combined. 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture in 2–3 additions. Be careful not to overmix. (I overmixed mine a little😅) 4. Quickly dip each Biscoff biscuit into the espresso and arrange them in an 8-inch baking dish. 5. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuit layer. 6. Add a second layer of dipped biscuits. 7. Spread the remaining cream evenly on top. 8. Pour the melted Biscoff spread over the top and gently smooth it out. 9. No cream cheese, no problem 🥳🥳 This eggless baked cheesecake is made without any cream cheese but still tastes equally good 🤌🏻🤌🏻 I have used hung curd as a replacement and for 1.5 cup of hung curd you will need to hang about 3 cups of curd overnight! Make your #january delightful by trying out this cheesecake today! Ingredients : 1 + 1/2 cup crushed lotus biscuits 5 tbsp melted butter 1 + 1/2 cup hung curd 1/2 cup heavy cream/fresh cream 1 cup condensed milk 2 tbsp cornflour Biscoff spread (for topping) Whipped cream (for garnish) Lotus biscuit crumbs ( for garnish) Method : 1. In a large bowl, add the crushed biscuits with melted butter and combine till all the crumbs are coated. 2. Transfer the biscuit base into a lined springform pan and using the back of a spoon, press down to form an even cheesecake base. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins. 3. Meanwhile in another bowl, add hung curd, cream, condensed milk and cornflour. Whisk everything together just until a smooth batter is formed with no lumps. 4. Pour this cheesecake batter over the chilled biscuit base and transfer the springform pan into a larger baking dish. Pour hot water into the larger dish to create a hot water bath. 5. Bake this in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 40-45 mins. 6. Once baked, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 7. Combine Greek yoghurt and SR flour until a dough falls. Roll out the dough and cover with 60g of the Biscoff spread & crushed Biscoff biscuits. 2. Roll the dough into a log, and cut it into smaller scrolls that are about 2cm thick. 3. Place each scroll in a bake-proof tray, and bake for 12-15 minutes in a 180-degree oven. 4. biscoff white chocolate chip cookies 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 1/4 cup (65g) biscoff spread 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp (6g) vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups (300g) ap flour 1 tsp (6g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1 cup (140–150g) chopped white chocolate 1/4 cup (20–25g) finely crushed biscoff cookies *brown the butter on the stove and then let cool to room temp. you’ll have less than 1 cup left so top it back up with normal softened butter. cream together the cooled brown butter and sugars, then add in the biscoff spread (melt to mix easier), eggs, and vanilla. in another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. add the wet to the try and then fold to mix being careful not to overmix. fold in the chopped chocolate (or chips) and the crushed cookies. scoop and set in the fridge for about an hour. bake at 350 for 11-14 min (depending oh the size). once out of the oven, top with a broken cookie, and white chocolate :)

How about a Lotus biscoff lasagne for Easter?! 🔥 With @walla_abueid ✨ Ingredients: - 3-4 packets biscoff biscuits (depends on tray size) - 600ml thickened cream/ heavy cream/ double cream - Dash of vanilla - 1 tbsp sugar - Half a jar biscoff spread Method: - Place cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whip till soft peaks form - Melt biscoff spread in the microwave until saucy, about 20-30 sec - layer biscuits at the base of tray - Place a layer of cream over the biscuits, then drizzle biscoff spread on top - Repeat steps till you achieve the amount of layers you desire with the final layer being cream - Place some biscoff spread in a piping bag and pipe lines on top of cream. Use a skewer to create a pattern (pushing those lines up then down) - Refrigerate for 6 hours* or overnight, and enjoy!! *If you’d like to eat it sooner, dip the biscuits in milk or coffee before layering (they’ll soften faster)

Leave everything you’re doing and rush to make this one bowl biscoff cake!! 🫶🏻 Freezing tiny dollops of biscoff spread to make the biscoff version of chocolate chips is such a game changer, I can already think of so many desserts I’m going to use it for!! ✨ Ingredients- 50g caster sugar 25g brown sugar 40g butter, melted 20g Biscoff spread 90g flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder 140ml buttermilk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 4-5 crushed biscoff biscuits 100g biscoff spread, frozen into chips Method- 1. Whisk together the caster sugar, brown sugar, melted butter and biscoff spread. 2. Fold in the flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon, alternating with buttermilk and vanilla. 3. Stir in the biscoff biscuits and frozen spread. 4. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Biscoff Cookie Cake (situation)🤌🏻 Ingredients: 40g melted butter 35g Biscoff spread 45ml warm milk 45g caster sugar 1/2tsp vanilla 40g yogurt 3/4 tsp baking powder 80g all purpose flour Method: 1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, caster sugar and the Biscoff spread in an oven safe bowl. Whisk whisk whisk. Now add the yogurt as well as the vanilla extract to this. Mix some more. 2. Add in the flour and baking powder along with the milk. Using a spatula, fold gently. Add some crushed Biscoff biscuits and combine. 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 15-18 minutes. Top it off with some more Biscoff spread. Fun fact, I made the Biscoff spread myself!! If you wanna learn that, comment below and I’ll make a video on Homemade Biscoff spread. Enjoy❤️
