MAPerception, identity, and hierarchy complicated the process.
15-6 : my subordinates were contacted for an interview in an investigation before I even knew I was the subject. There were rumors about me but no transparency or protection. My ethnicity, gender and rank were weaponized against me. Some botch a 15-6 like they have never seen a proper 15-6.
Rank without integrity erodes trust. Leadership decisions influenced by perception rather than clarity can cause harm.
I’m shedding light on a taboo subject bc my personal experience has been closed, unsubstantiated, etc. But that’s not the point: the process around this 15-6 was concerning and isolating.
The 15-6 against me occurred exactly after I actioned misconduct that higher rank told me to ignore.
Coincidence or punishment?

DA“FRAMCE” Riff Reel — One of the first times we played “Framce” was at Krazy Fest 4 in Louisville, KY. It was the end of July 2001 and was oppressively hot and humid. We were worried about messing up the song so we “rehearsed” before our set by huddling up and humming our parts together in the makeshift green room next to the stage.
I have no idea if we played well or not but guaranteed you’ll get a way better version in a couple weeks on our Final European Tour! 😵
