DO YOU TRAIN ANY OF THESE? Shoulder traps One shrug and suddenly you’re “too bulky up top” Never mind that most women barely grow traps without trying so imagine if you are.. Obliques Twist once and your waist is gone forever. Apparently, obliques are just waiting to square you out the second you touch a cable machine Forearms Visible forearm muscle? No! Women should lift heavy things but show zero evidence of it. Why would you have manly forearms? Calves If they grow, you’re too athletic. Calves are expected to exist quietly and never respond to stimulus. Huge calves will just overtake the feminine curves Chest (especially upper chest) Bench press once and femininity evaporates. No one explains how — it just... does. Push-ups are okay as long as you pretend they don’t count Adductors (inner thighs) Train them and suddenly your legs are too thick from the front. Ignore the fact that strong adductors stabilize hips and knees cuz aesthetics have spoken. Neck Strong neck = aggressive vibes. As a woman you don’t wanna seem that OKAY. PAUSE. WTF. Why do people actually believe this? You do not become masculine by training specific muscles. You become masculine-looking only if: • you train in extreme, unbalanced ways • eat in large surpluses for long periods • use performance-enhancing drugs And this ALL TOGETHER. Muscles don’t have gender. Proportions do. When women train their whole body intelligently they get reasonable volume, balanced program, adequate recovery and a goddess physique They don’t look masculine. They look athletic, sculpted, strong and feminine in a grounded, confident way The fear of “looking masculine” isn’t about physiology. It’s about being visible in your strength. So girl avoiding strength just shrinks your potential. Train proportionally. Move well. Fuel properly. You won’t look masculine. You’ll look like someone who owns her body. #gym #gymlife #workout

Back Day - Cable Edition 💪🏼 If you’re new to the gym or want to venture out of the dumbbell area, I beg you to start using the Cable Machine! It is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in the gym! Don’t be scared to use it, trust me it’s easier than it looks 🫶🏻 Give this a go 💪🏼 1) Rear Delt Reverse Fly’s x 12,10,8+ Dropset (Use the first set as a warm up and then try to increase weight for sets 2 and 3. After completing 8 reps on the 3rd set lower the weight and rep out until almost failure - this is called a Dropset) 2) Single Arm Crossover Pulldown x 10,8,6,5 per arm (10 reps should be your warm up set nice and light, then increase weight ideally for each set) 3) Half Kneeling Single Arm Pulldowns x 8,6,5,5 per arm (same protocol as above using 8 reps as a warm up, try to increase to your heaviest set for 5 reps) 4) Straight Arm Pulldowns x 12,10,8 reps (Increasing weight ideally with each set if you can!) 5) Half Kneeling Face-pulls x 12,8,6+ Dropset (Use 12 reps to get used to the movement and then increase weight for sets 2 and 3 - Add a Dropset until failure on the last set) Aim for 90-120 seconds Rest in between sets before moving onto the next exercise 🔥 More Workouts like this available on my App @growgirlapp 💪🏼 #weighttrainingforwomen #backday #backworkout #strengthtrainingforwomen

Normally when people think of a cable lateral raise, they probably think of doing it unilaterally rather than both arms at the same time, but a bilateral cable lateral raise can in fact be done.
