But the one thing that actually works with any diet is tracking what you eat. If you don’t know what’s on your plate, it’s almost impossible to know what’s working. So I decided to test it out with @calsee_app. I made a simple salad with mixed greens, avocado, feta cheese, red onion, and a drizzle of olive oil 🥗 Right before eating, I opened the Calsee app and snapped a quick picture of my bowl. Within seconds the AI analyzed the meal and generated the nutritional breakdown. And honestly… it was surprisingly accurate. It listed every ingredient in the bowl, even the olive oil. The app automatically estimates calories, macros, and ingredients from just a photo, making food tracking way easier than manually logging everything. If you’ve ever tried counting calories or tracking macros, you know how tedious it can get. This basically does it for you in seconds. Baked Chicken Tacos 🌮 I am absolutely loving the Calsee app to track my calorie intake every day! 🫶🏻 Full recipe on my website or scroll below 👇🏻 Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, chopped 2 tbsp taco seasoning 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 small onion, sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 8–10 small flour tortillas 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided ½ cup sour cream ½ cup fresh cilantro 1 small garlic clove Salt, to taste Directions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped chicken and taco seasoning and cook until mostly done. Add red pepper, green pepper, and onion. Cook until the veggies are softened and the chicken is fully cooked. Arrange tortillas slightly open on a baking sheet. Fill each with the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Fold the tortillas closed and sprinkle a little more cheese over the top. Bake for 12–15 minutes, then switch to broil for 2–3 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy. Blend sour cream, cilantro, garlic, and salt until smooth. Drizzle over tacos just before serving. #tacos #healthyrecipe #calsee #pr #easyrecipe

Love how easy it is 💚 @calsee_app 📝 Ingredients Shrimp * 150–200 g shrimp, peeled * 1 tbsp oil * 1 tsp chili powder * ½ tsp paprika * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp cumin * ½ tsp salt * ¼ tsp black pepper Tacos * 6–8 small tortillas( i used corn tortillas) * 1 cup red cabbage, shredded * 1 avocado, sliced or cubed * ¼ cup feta, crumbled * Fresh cilantro * Lemon or lime juice Sauce * ½ cup Greek yogurt * 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice * 1 garlic clove, minced * Salt & pepper to taste ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1.
