She did not feel that her nose fit her face or her personality and wanted something more #feminine and balanced. An open #preservationrhinoplasty was performed to centralize the bridge of her nose, while removing the hump. Structural #rhinoplasty was employed in the tip to give it support, refinement, and rotation. As always, ultrasonic #piezosurgery was used for all the bony work so no bones were broken. As you can see in this reel, she is well healed, super happy and has an amazing looking nose that looks like she should’ve been born with it.
