Here’s the plan:
1. Master the fundamentals. This is your foundation. I’ve found the best beginner course online — and it’s 100% free. Follow and comment “Cyber” and I’ll send it your way 😊
2. Get your entry-level certs. I recommend Network+ and Security+ — both are well-respected and open doors. 🎓
3. Build a portfolio. Hands-on projects are what really show employers you’re ready.
4. Apply smart. Hit job boards, but also network on LinkedIn and attend cybersecurity meetups. Most good jobs are hidden. 🧑🏽💻
5. Practice interviews. The more you do, the better you’ll get. Eventually, you’ll walk in with confidence. 👨💼
