For the average Indian engineer, the bottleneck was never the "logic"—it was the friction of setup, boilerplate, and endless debugging. With tools like Windsurf and Lovable, that friction has dropped to near zero. We are seeing 1-person startups in Bangalore and Kochi outperforming 10-man dev shops because they've mastered Agentic Workflows. They aren't asking the AI to "write a function"; they are telling the AI to "build the feature, connect the database, and let me know when it's live." If you aren't using an Agentic IDE that can autonomously navigate your entire codebase, you are essentially using a typewriter in the age of Starlink. Stop learning languages.
