Which is usually September. 🌺Do your best on shelf exams and comats exams because Level 2 is about the same content. 🌸Build out a reasonable study plan. I had about 6 weeks to study before I started my 4th year sub internships. 🌺The three questions banks I would recommend are @uworldmedical , @comquestmed , and @truelearn . I would say choose 1-2 banks. 🌸When med students ask me which qbank is the most similar to Comlex Level 2, it’s Hands Down @truelearn ! The comment you see above was left on my blog just a few weeks before I took my COMLEX Level 2 PE exam and a few months before I took my COMLEX level 2 exam as a third year medical student (these are the DO board exam equivalents for Step 2...but thankfully the PE exam is long gone 🙌🏾). Sometimes I randomly reflect back to negative comments like the one above that people used to write about me on my blog or in certain forums, and it makes me smile 🙂 Maybe I'm a masochist, but my major driving force has always been proving people wrong. When someone tells me I can't do something, I take that sh*t personally like Michael Jordan and show you exactly how and why I can 😎 I later went on to pass all my board exams without issues, enjoyed those last two years of life as a medical student, and I have now been a physician for over six years with only two more years to go before I am a Plastic Surgeon 😁 Moral of the story: There will always be people who doubt you and/or who are rooting for you to fail. Breaking down ✨exactly✨ how I studied for (and passed!!) COMLEX Level 1 and USMLE Step 1! I have so much to share about this that this is gonna have to become multiple videos so stick around and stay tuned 🤪 The cliff notes from this video: I scheduled my dedicated with system based review, and spent 3-4 days per system starting with my worst system, ending with the ones I was good at. I did question based review. I focused on content review before dedicated and once dedicated began I switched to spending majority of my time doing questions and letting the questions tell me what I was missing. I time blocked my days into 3 hour chunks and I’ll share what I would try to get done in those 3 hours in the next video!! Let me know what you think of this video!
