Check my bio for the link to the full study 👈 Study: Neural and molecular changes during a mind-body reconceptualization, meditation, and open label placebo healing intervention 🧠 Key Findings After 7 Days -Blood plasma made neurons grow longer branches -Brain scans: ego-network quieted, whole-brain connectedness increased -Natural opioids increased -Metabolism shifted toward repair mode -Tryptophan pathway changed → better mood & sleep chemistry -Immune and stress markers balanced ⚠️ Disclaimer: -This study was small (n=20) and had no control group. -Results show short-term biological changes, not proof of long-term healing. -The combined effects of the retreat can’t be pinned to one element. -Findings are exploratory, not medical advice or treatment claims. #meditation #mindbody #drjoedispenza #consciousness
